Digital Products (PDFs)

No Automatic Refunds: In compliance with Canadian digital content laws, we do not offer automatic refunds on digital products, such as PDFs, once downloaded.

Faulty Content: If the PDF you've purchased is damaged, incomplete, or significantly different from its description, please get in touch with our customer support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
